چکیده
The patient opened the package of suppositories and looked at the pharmacist with a puzzled expression. He took one of the suppositories in his hand as he spoke to the pharmacist in Spanish. The pharmacist answered in English, “I don’t understand Spanish” and pointed to his mouth, “Can you speak any English?” The patient saw the pharmacist’s gesture, smiled, nodded, and placed the capsule in his mouth. While the pharmacist shook his head vigorously, saying “No!” the patient swallowed the suppository.
